We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made in Idle Crawler (such as the CRAWLER+ membership). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the instructions, or contact us through the in-game feedback button and we will help you.

After a refund

When a refund is completed, the digital goods delivered with that purchase (for example, CRAWLER+ benefits) may be removed from your game account. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
